Pros

Decent benefits and pay expected from literally any large company. If you want the "corporate experience" go Greystar.

Cons

We are essential workers during COVID 19. Management didn't want to outright say it was them making us work which was shady. We are essential even though most of our complexes are luxury apartments and not low income. However, we can have things done from home and they are not approving that. Repeat that for the people in the back. People are dying, missing out on major life events, and funerals - we're still going to work because Greystar doesn't care enough about a pandemic to create the proper channels to allow us to work from home.

Pros

Words on paper make big noise, big talk, gets you excited , Take care of the employees, throwing parties, Big Names, Big Talk.

Cons

Words on the paper are just that, "words" they show no action, nor do they follow through with what they preach about. No customer service, no communication, no professionalism showed to their own. They'd rather just let things go and wish they go away or sweep them under the carpet. Problem is, the dirt will still be there. No execution or proper execution of they Task.

Pros

Schedule, holidays off, vacation time at hire.

Cons

Management doesn't care, lack of training, lack of communication, regionals never visit their properties, residents are not listened to or cared about. They expect you to learn your job by only having online training classes which are a joke. Awful!!
