      Pros

      Large Company. Multiple growth opportunities. Greystar has become the "Walmart" of apartments.

      Cons

      1. No support from leadership 2. RPMs are never around 3. They are afraid of their clients 4. High expectations with no onsite staff support 5. Too many open positions 6. Treated like a number and made to feel non-important

      Decent pay, ok benefits but not worth it for all that

      Cons

      Expect to work at least 10 hrs OT per week for nothing as a salaried employee. Owners are getting rich on the backs of their employees. Absolutely no training and no support.

      A lot of Properties are managed by them

      Cons

      Corporate politics, unprofessional, poorly managed. The Dallas corporate office needs new senior management or ethics training. They have their favorites and if you are t one of them, you are a target, literally. I requested a call back for an exit interview and nothing. It’s my 3rd time back and I’m done.
