They train their employees well there is a lot to learn. Pay is good as well

Cons

If you have skills dont join greystar they only need people who doesnt know any thing. Only thing you need is cleverness and how to play politics.

Pros

If you are looking for a change in environment a company don't respect you and don't if you have a life outside work then Greystar is for you Other than that they are no Pros to working with Greystar!

Cons

Stress every day.. Took over my old property and the property ratio went down by 65% by resident giving notice and they were giving out wrong ledgers with the wrong amounts. Before they came it 96% occupancy and the residents loved the old staff before the takeover. Over worked and its under paid!! Having to do property manager and assistant manager and leasing positions because no one they came with greystar was education on the property or knowing the property needs for the growth.

Pros

-Free benefits -Great company networking events

Cons

-Unprofessional management that plays favorites -Senior management is extremely unprofessional and HR is terrible. If you have any complaints or concerns prepare to either receive no response or receive a clear copy and pasted one. -The 5 Pillars of Excellence is a JOKE. They do not care about their, "people", at the end of the day it is all about the money and what benefits the higher ups the most. Just like any other companies. Do not let them fool you. They walk all over employees that they know want to stay with the company and advance, pass them over multiple times for their besties. Treat them like dirt because they know they will take it, because they feel like they are proving themselves.
