      Consistent schedule. Benefits package available

      Cons

      No promotional opportunities given by tenure and merit. Nepotism is key in Seattle corporate. No work/life balance. You are their onsite worker rats. Awards given to associates to impress clients or if you are friends with higher ups. Lots of tasks to do and tons of reports to manage. No communication from upper management when you have questions. HR doesn't step in when items are reported.

      Convenient to work inside my apartment building

      Cons

      Management is terrible, virtually no training. Policies and procedures were constantly changing without a clear consensus across the whole staff. Would not take student employees' advice on their god awful marketing strategies. Management also did not understand that being a student sometimes needed to take precedence over a part time minimum wage job.

      Pros

      Most of the people that work for this company are awesome, especially the ones at the site level.

      Cons

      It is all about making money only. They make commitments to their employees that they do not keep. They bought Riverstone and then let all the upper management that cared about the people go. And that was after one or two years of using them to dissuade employees from leaving.
