Lack of training, unfair expectations, non existent work-life balance, no support for onsite staff, low pay doesn't support the overly high expectations (as a leasing person, promotions often mean making LESS money... so don't be fooled.)

Raises don't exist since no matter how good you are, they will find reasons not to give you a raise. And it was always impossible to finish work since we were always short staffed and if you stayed late, they would say you did not use your time well. And so often bosses would simply work for free than to be told this.
