Pros

Only good thing about this company is the pay is above average for the national standard.

Cons

Everything!!! one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for no support from upper management no back bone From upper management each site is run any type of way they Can get away with there are no policies and procedures across the board from job site to job site or complex complex complete joke !! you get paid to have a headache That’s why they say the pay is higher than other companies because you’re getting paid to have a headache. LMAO!

Pros

Bonuses in Lease Ups Bradley and Randy are great

Cons

The San Francisco region needs to figure out how to keep their section less “cliquey” and more professional. The regional managers are negligent and go on more “company trips” than actually work/help out their property managers. I can’t believe that I’m actually writing that some of upper management retaliates when you complain to HR. The experience with the northern region of greystar, has been my worst experience with “professionals”. This has definitely scarred my view of how this entire company is run. They continuously show that if you work at corporate, you are more important than the on-site teams.

Pros

Greystar is a great company outside of New York. To have the name on my resume is a privilege

Cons

Everything. Upper MGMT from the top down. Growing way too fast. Nobody trained. Turnover is crazy. No support. We don't even have Floating Community Managers in the NYC region. Long hours. They expect you to be working after hours and weekends. Had to leave.
