Pros

Yes, the brand still exists and is owned by a company in California. And there is a distribution center south of Nashville. But the Griffin that was home to so many smart and talented people is no longer.

See "A Sad and Disappointing Finale". Spot on.

Pros

Great people to work with in an awesome building. Management may suck, but your coworkers are the best!

Cons

Griffin Laid off 70% of their workforce in December 2015. The culture and atmosphere has really gone down hill. It's toxic and nothing like it used to be.

Pros

The atmosphere here at Griffin Technology is awesome. The health benefits, and quarterly bonuses are all worth it. This company is very laid back; from the free coffee, to the hours an employee works (as long as said employee works 8 hours a day).

Cons

The company, and lately those working for Griffin Technology, are undermanned in some offices and overmanned in others. For example, having one person doing the job of two, and also taking on the duties of a third job. Pay needs to be based on experience, education and actual work. Leaders and Management need to be held accountable and also need to hold their employees accountable. Roles and duties need to be clearly defined out. This company is good to work for when first getting out into the 'real working world', but not for the long term.
