Griffith Centers has always provided a warm and welcoming environment for it's employees to grow in. Upward mobility has always been available and is promoted here as well.

Cons

A lack of formal position-related trainings can make getting started tough on new-hires but the teams in place help train and make it a wonderful experience to get onboarded.

This is a mental and behavioral health organization—and the work that goes into supporting our clients and communities is expansive. That being said, the pros that stand out to me are: • Compassionate, dedicated individuals and teams committed to meaningful work and overall, a joy to be around • Collaborative and supportive across the agency • Impactful work in the services offered to various Colorado Communities Being a part of an organization and non-profit serving for the greater good is a big motivator.
