Pros

Pay was decent, hopes were high, coworkers are genuine.

Cons

Too much happening with litte structured oversight. Constantly understaffed putting pressure on veteran staff to do more, always. Leadership barely aware, not connected.

Pros

Great for those looking for experience in the mental health field or to take their careers to the next step. Exposure to many different aspects of mental health care. Fellow employees are kind and supportive. Company is willing to invest in those who care and work hard.

Cons

Salary is not always competitive but the work you do and the experience you gain is worth it. Benefits and PTO are great. Can be chaotic so not for people who do not want to work hard or help make a difference and invest in the organization.
