Pros

There are none, unless you are really desperate for a job. I do not think the children even benefited from being at the facility.

Cons

No support from on-call staff. Management is more interested in getting out of responsibilities then helping their own staff members. I personally experienced being put in situations that I was not trained for, and the reason for this is because the company got a greater kickback from the government for taking certain students that the facility was ill-equipped for. One final crisis with no support and blame shifting from my supervisor finally caused me to look for a job elsewhere.
