      Pros

      I have enjoyed working at Grifols. Your manager is really key to your experience. Networking and building a good reputation for yourself and your work is important. Opportunities for growth and development exist but you have to seek them out and advocate for yourself. In the last few years, I have seen much improvement and a lot of new benefits for employees.

      Cons

      Opportunities are not just handed to you, so you really have to advocate for yourself and push your manager for those opportunities and raises. As a company, they are more corporate. Not a casual fun environment.
