      Pros

      Best parts of a family run business. High loyalty to those who stick it out Steady business - not going anywhere, not selling the company

      Cons

      Spanish company run from Barcelona - little to no local decision making Decisions are as late as they can be without missing - but lots of work to make it happen. You could be stuck in that role for a long time They think that you should be glad to work for them instead of the other way around

      The company is making good products.

      Cons

      Everything is driven by Barcelona if you follow the orders and don't apply your brain, it's the best place to work. Lots of politics. No growth opportunity for US employee, you never know when you are going to lose your job especially in IT USA(because IT resources are cheap in Barcelona). If you don't know Spanish PLEASE DO NOT JOIN IT department. Consider working here at your own risk.
