I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time at Grifols. It’s a global company with a mission-driven culture and a clear focus on continuous improvement. Leadership has made visible efforts to enhance employee experience and it shows in the everyday work environment. The benefits, PTO and compensation are competitive. Overall, it’s a great place to build a career while contributing to work that matters.
Cons
As with many larger companies, it can take time to break down silos between departments but collaboration has been improving and there’s a clear effort to keep things moving in the right direction.
