      When I joined Grifols, I was positively surprised by the welcoming and professional environment. From the beginning, it was clear that the company values its employees and invests in their growth. There are plenty of opportunities for development—both professionally and personally—which has been incredibly motivating. Grifols supports continuous learning and encourages people to take on new challenges. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong work-life balance. The company understands the importance of personal well-being, and that makes a real difference in daily work life. On top of that, the people here are genuinely nice—supportive, respectful, and always willing to help. It’s a great team environment, and that makes coming to work each day something to look forward to.

      The location is not very convenient, but the positive work environment and opportunities for growth more than make up for it.
