The benefits are fine, I guess.

Cons

This company buys small companies, says they won’t change anything, then ruins them within two years. If your company is being acquired by Grifols, your first step should be updating your resume and looking for a new job ASAP. They fire entire teams/sites of people then expect those remaining to continue to do their work on top of their existing jobs, of course with no compensation.
