Pros
Good team environment, good people, they get along well and work together well.
Cons
Management has so much pressure on it to raise the level that they operate on, and even the really good managers are forced to push that through. It's medical. They don't respect your schedule, and don't care about your family or newborn baby. Pay isn't worth the effort. Plus, it's the kind of place that spelling errors will make them question your loyalty to the company.
