      Pros

      Base pay is about average for the industry. The environment is not as high-stress as a CDMO. The benefits package is good, particularly the health insurance. Flexible remote work days make managing personal issues a breeze.

      Cons

      401k contribution is low. The bonus is low. The executive leadership team is scrambled, indecisive, and miserable at managing debt. The leadership team prefers non-US-based facilities even though US facilities are the primary income source for the business.
