Pros
Company annual activities like soccer, basketball, softball and banquets are a lot of fun. The weekend people are the best employees, they are always very relaxed and the day shift people are the most high strung.
Cons
Everyone walks around like they, and you, are going to get fired. If you like walking on egg shells this is the place for you! Most of the management are two faced and they like to play employees off of each other so don't buy into it when they said so and so said because they're lies. It's definitely a hostile working environment.
