First impressions job is easy if your lucky to get training properly is important to make yourself friend to actually show you . Some people are down to earth some are very rude, supervisors are just ok,managers try best to understand why complaints are so high and people how to their jobs. People who are there for 5 months or more leaving ,start working for different companies stress is to high like mostly descriptions.

Low salaries versus market, Low management empathy with the workers. Leadership style obsolete with a clear footprint of a Catalan family without capability to handle the company. Low profile directors who only act to protect themselves and to offer a beautiful image to the top management audience.
