Great company to work for. Values are high for both donors and patients but the focus is on employee development. The company continues to evolve and change to meet the demands. There are several departments and sub companies within Grifols that offer growth potential.

Cons

Long hours. Such a great company to work for that that internal growth can be slow. And as with any big company the stupid politics.
