the donors are great and I feel as though i am doing something to contribute to the people that need medication and cannot survive without the lifesaving plasma.

the leadership is bias and there is significant favoritism

Vacation approvals are easily requested and approved.

Cons

If you work more, you will be less appreciated and will be awarded with a 25 to 50 cent raise no matter which department (e..g QC, Engineering, etc) you work. If you threaten your managers to leave the company even though you work less, you will be rewarded greatly. Promotions are not earned by hard work, but through favoritism. Corrupted Management, they will reject overtime pays.

I loved my employees and the donors and appreciated the fact that the end result was saving people's lives.

Everything - Stressful - No work/life balance - Unrealistic expectations with no resources to get the job done (no support)
