      Great people and money is fair

      Cons

      Management that doesn’t listen to its staff. Great people are leaving weekly and they don’t seem to mind or want to stop the rot. Bonuses are a joke and need looking at. Fixed holiday times which seem to land at the dearest time to book holidays. Understaffed and Under trained. They’re all about office staff and they’re work life balance they forget about us people that work hard on the factory floor.

      Pros

      Grifols is a multicultural company with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. They are always working on getting benefits for employees such as life insurance, Spanish classes, health and gym programs. Salary is very competitive as well.

      Cons

      As the company is growing in Ireland there are still few issues regarding some (new) procedures.
