      A fun job with donors that was ruined by hostile, controlling, cheap management

      Pros

      just collect your paycheck and get out as soon as you can.

      Cons

      If you have a hostile manager, Grifols will support them and not care about creating a mutually respectful work environment. Hostile, disrespectful employees that management favors will not be properly disciplined. However if management dislikes you, then expect to be targeted, written up for any little thing that other employees will get away with, and given bad reviews no matter how much harder you work than the favored employees.

      Pros

      Relaxed work style where the people in upper management seem to care and respect the employees. Good vacation of 5 weeks.

      Cons

      People who only do an OK job are acceptable. The decisions seem to come from the parent company and that does not breed initiative here.
