      -Lots of down time. There are weeks where you don't work at all. -You get a nice personal vehicle -Pretty decent pay

      Cons

      -While there is down time, when you are expected to travel you do a lot of it. Expected to sometimes travel out of state on same day with no prior heads up. -Customers are unpleasant to deal with -Tool bag is excessively large and unpleasant to carry -Managers are stingy with overtime
