      Pros

      Good opportunity for progression. A lot of training opportunities/ courses offered. Quite flexible. Some real good people working there.

      Cons

      Almost all departments are understaffed, makes improvement very hard. Wages struggle to keep up with other companies, should be higher considering whats expected of staff.
