      Pros

      working with the staff to achieve ridiculous goals set by the company.

      Cons

      Upper Management and quality teams and not understanding of the issues at the center and still expect you to do every plus ensure that you do not generate OT. So you are stuck having to work on the areas in support of your team to get donor completed. Then you are stuck having to work after hours to complete quality tasks or request.
