Pros

As a Sales & Merchandising Specialist I am able to make my own schedule and work with a supportive team. There is a strong since of positivity when interacting with management and the team is very grounded and easy going. I get the opportunity to be creative and meet new people every day. The compensation and benefits are very fair.

Cons

Spending a lot of time on the road can be tiring. Would prefer to see our counterparts across the country on a more regular basis.
