Although my initial call went fine, it was downhill after that.

Cons

Low pay, terrible and misinformed employment process, intense focus on punishment, discipline, and demotions. Demanding work agreements, pre-agreement to additional, undisclosed assignments before you see them is bizarre. Think 30-years ago for this type of authoritarian work culture. Tacky. Way beyond other companies I've worked for in terms of one-sided language and authoritarian style. Creepy!
