Pros
As a claims adjuster at this company you will do the job of 3 people on a daily basis. The work load and wide range of responsibilities is sickening to the point of constant stress headaches and severe anxiety. Their plan is to pay a new hire a little more than most companies then task the new employee with the workload and responsibilities of 3 people. They are completely dishonest in the interview and make it seem like they are family oriented with flexible with time for personal appointments. The trick is as long as you get your work done you can flex your salary position as needed except the work is impossible to keep up with so the lauded flex schedule is a lie. There is a micro management program where your management goes over stats in a monthly one one meeting. Topics are items that the adjuster has little to no control over. It’s a program designed to build a file of performance short comings when your falling short doing 3 peoples job. To add to the unrealistic workload of handling your own claims, you are required to man a customer care line for other adjusters that don’t take care of their claims. If you miss a random customer service call for another adjuster’s claim you get a negative mark. This is by far the worst organization I have ever worked for. There are no pros to working as an adjuster in this company. I talked to several adjuster I knew here and they all lied to get man other body in the seat to ease their workload. Then after I started they expressed their abundant depression and anxiety. These people are desperate don’t fall for their deceptive practices.
Cons
Grossly over worked. Grossly over worked…. Poor leadership at all levels. Typical H.R. department of disinformation to trick people into coming on board. System of corporate management protection where they set unrealistic expectations so they can terminate anyone at any time. Managers that are borderline missing in action.
