Pros

Casual wear, good benefits, plenty of PTO, separate sick leave, on site gym, cafeteria, coffee shop, wonderful place to work and everyone really cares and is pretty happy for the most part!

Cons

Heavy work load, a lot of people call in sick and take advantage of the sick leave policy in my opinion.

Family atmosphere, great benefits, decent pay, good work/life balance. Overall, can't see myself working elsewhere.

Cons

4 year degrees don't seem to matter unless you're at the top. Managers seem to turn the other cheek when it comes to lazy employees. You're going to have cons at any place you work. At this company the pros far exceed the cons.

Great Company in a Great Small Town

Pros

The culture is great and there are fewer departmental silos than the large carrier I came from. Benefits are fantastic for a smaller company; onsite clinic, fitness center, free salad, fruit and ice cream, etc.

Cons

This company can feel like family and in many cases it is. It's one of the most desirable employers in town, so employees often recruit their family members.
