Pros

Flexibility to include work-life balance. Sick-time; however, recent policy change has deterred its use as no one covers your incoming work and new claims as received until your out of office for 3 consecutive days which means returning to work with a suffocating back-log to recover. Most positions have the option to WFH full-time.

Cons

Mediocre base pay in comparison to competitors. There is no consistency within the management team, as employees of the same posture are held to double standards. What one manager would consider customer driven, hard-working, and reliable is easily considered “off-track” by another manager. This double standard is clearly reflected when transfer claims arise. It is not uncommon for hardworking/ reliable employees to be expected to pickup slack and/ or the work of inadequately trained employees work whom struggle with the caseload and file detail.
