      Pros

      Not a whole lot of pros. The insurance stinks, benefits are not very good, and soon will all be owner operators so they wont be much room to move up into management.

      Cons

      No room to move up. Years in service does not account for anything. They would rather hire from the outside then promote an employee.

      Pros

      A progressive company that is willing to change to improve the experience for it's employees. Growing incredibly fast with a HUGE market still out there to enter. Great office area (headquarters) with nice perks.

      Cons

      I haven't seen too many downsides working at this company so far. They are slowly transitioning over to new technologies, which is definitely needed, but it is a slow transition. As long as they continue valuing their employees and ensuring that their employees are the highest priority, I won't have many cons to include.

      Pros

      They are quick to hire as long as you pass the drug test and background check because they can't keep employees on their payroll.

      Cons

      You get hired for one position and get shifted into other depths without wage increases.
