Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, small store. I don't know what else.

Cons

No real benefits, poor schedule. Never given any kind of policy guide except for a pay policy. Rules just change on the fly as it suits management.

Appreciate you posting, I am going to assume based on your cons you work in an independently owned store, since our HQ employees have great benefits, schedules and relevant policy.

Pros

Fun collaborative working environment

Cons

Lots of time spent traveling without a lot of flexibility. Headquartered in Emeryville and consequently has one of the top 3 worst traffic commutes in the nation

Thanks for your post, we love the environment and culture as well. Per your cons, traveling is a key part of a buyers role, and if I could do something about the traffic I would... I have to drive it as well!
