Great place to work. Freedom to complete your responsibilities without micro management. Also, the ability to share your own thoughts, ideas and experiences in areas that could possibly improve the entire work force. Love working here!!

Friendly people. nicely designed office! possibility to grow. great amenities. gym, 3 times a week fitness instructor, yoga classes.

Cons

It'll be great to have more racial diversity and younger people at the office.
