Pros

Great if you need to have a fluctuating schedule every week. Works well with people going to college. Great place to have fun and meet people

Cons

being a privately owned business/franchise it doesn't have any benefit options and the pay isn't amazing

Pros

Everyone that I work around really take pride in doing their job well. It's welcoming to know that other employees other than myself really care about the customers.

Cons

This is an Outlet store. Which means theres a progressing amount of product coming in and out of the store. Something might not be priced right and maybe wont come back at all.
