Great place to work at as a first job

Not stressful and friendly people. Cashiers are replaceable. Many cashiers will lose their jobs in the future. Cashiers don't make good money. Many cashiers need a second job. You will not be able to afford any luxury. Hard to plan your life in general. Cashiers have a rather low social standing.

Cons

Long hours and repetitive work. But you meet great people. Scheduling Flexibility. Because cashiers work in retail and other businesses that cater to the public, they often have a lot of scheduling flexibility. ... Customer Interaction. ... Benefits. ... Advancement Opportunities.
