Pros

They make it feel like family. As well as making the work environment as comfortable as possible for new workers. If you're a student they will try and work around your schedule.

Cons

-They would have too much work for one person to do and expect that person to finish around 4-5 pallets in 1 day while organizing the area that the customers are viewing and checking dates for expired items.

Toxic work environment. Lacking professional communication Mismanaged with HIGH turnover rate Owners lack skills in managing staff and managing staff morale Employees are treated poorly and have been yelled at for others mistakes
