You work hard and fast and the time flies. This is a 'production' job and satisfying to meet production challanges.

Cons

competition with coworkers creates hard feelings and most employees hate their jobs. Atmosphere is, 'walking on eggshells'. No Mistakes Allowed!

It is a paycheck to paycheck place and is worse than picking up road kill off of the road. Don't waste your time.

Cons

Poor management. Store owners and managers do not give employees any credit for their outstanding performance even when it is pointed out by customers.
