-Positive work/team atmosphere -Weekly devotionals -Optional lunch program (2/week provided) -Thorough training and onboarding process -Good health benefits -Company doing well financially -Not required to work after hours -Generous Christmas bonus

Cons

-Exclusively male executive team -Get looked down upon for working remote -Team members are let go with little to no explanation -Required to work Black Friday/Thanksgiving weekend -Pay isn't competitive with the market -Minimal parking (and is a gravel lot which gets really muddy when it rains) -Stingy PTO policy -Required to work in an moldy, drafty old school building that is downright disgusting at times -Minimal opportunities for growth

All male executives. Misalignment among leaders. Promotes ‘adventure’ but limits vacation. Working remote is frowned upon. Lack of diversity.
