      Groove is such an incredible company on so many levels. The culture is BY FAR the best thing about working here. Having been in the tech field for many years, this group is the absolute best and cares about every single employee and customer.

      Such an amazing culture where we are allowed to think independently and be ourselves. Value the contributions of individuals and really all work together well for the success of the customer and the company

      Lots of incentives and perks with food and option to work from home

      Cons

      Pay is very low but will throw incentives at you to make it worth it. Will let you go with no warning even when you are made to feel important
