The company communicates clearly and is open. They do everything they can to support their customers as well as their employees.
Cons
There is so much to learn, cause the company does so much with so many different systems. The desire to help people and not being capable for that specific situation can feel a little disappointing, but you can continually learn and grow. The team supports you and the customers do end up getting helped by the right people.
