      Pros

      Very involved ownership who takes the time to care about each employee well being and happiness. Groove is the least stress environment I have every worked in and i am thankful to have landed such an amazing opportunity.

      Cons

      Only downside i can think of at the moment is being a remote worker who does not benefit on the day to day office events. The office has a masseuse where you can schedule a lunch time massage, frequent pot lucks, snack bars plus state of the art office built specifically for this company.

      The company culture is incredible. The leadership cares about each and every employees success. They invest and empower to ensure you have what you need to be the best you can be.

      Cons

      The training could be better BUT they are working on it which shows they care.

      Pros

      I have not worked for a company that takes such an interest in making sure the people come first. The culture is family oriented. They provide what is needed to excel at your job, while making sure to adhere to a great work/life balance. There is always something positive going on.
