Pros

Groove has been growing at a substantial rate but has still preserved their Silicon Valley-like culture. I've never worked for a company where people are so ecstatic to come into the office. The flexibility and freedom here is unparalleled to what I have experience in the traditional corporate world. Groove is an all-around incredible place to work, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
