Pros

Team mindset and project ownership. Often when I am in the field, I will have a question about something technical. Wiring, Network, Programming etc. I reach out and within a few minutes the Deployment Manager, Project Engineers, SME and tech will be on the phone willing and ready to assist. It is a great confidence booster knowing that the team is there to back you up. Human recourses and support staff have everything squared away. No pay problems, no onboarding issues. The staff is available and willing and able to help at a moments notice.

Per Diem for travel expenses is well below the National average.

Healthy Pipeline, and a team full of people who reach across the aisle to help one another. It is culturally excellent, and I don't have any misgivings about feeling supported through my journey here.

Cons

At times it can be a bit chaotic.
