- good company culture based on people rather than forced by the management - open and healthy relationships with colleagues - flexibility in work (no strict office hours) plus can work from home one day a week - paced environment but without extra overwork - good annual leave and overall work-life balance

Cons

- reduced engineering team due to the current job market - limited career growth because of the size of the company - some outdated technologies as the company has to maintain some old legacy stuff
