- Downtown Office - Downtown Parking Spot

Cons

"Commissions were either paid extremely late, or management would make up excuses to not pay them!!!!" -Anonymous Who ever wrote that was on the money. Waiting over a year to get a 10k+ commission check is unacceptable. Then management to says that no agreement in place even after proof of agreement has been presented. I put a lot of time and effort into this company. For them to do this to employees is just wrong.

Pros

Strong product, Strong support and development organization. Honest, fair and responsive owners and managers. Great staff throughout. This company takes security seriously and the products reflect that. From my first day at GroundLabs I have been treated with the upmost respect and have had access to the owners and upper management if I needed them for anything. I am seriously impressed by this company.

We need more marketing collateral - but that is in the works

Pros

The Office in downtown Austin was the biggest perk, but it will be moved within the next month or two.

Cons

Commissions were either paid extremely late, or management would make up excuses to not pay them. There is little to no training, you'll get maybe a week or two of training and once your off to the races you're left out to dry. The Austin office is a contracted satellite, so management only worries about numbers, not employee well being. Product doesn't work, so once you sell in to an enterprise, you'll be dealing with them screaming at you for the next 4 months while they try and get it to actually perform what you promised to the customer.
