All about contracts, not their staff

Pros

Benefits were decent, I suppose.

Cons

It's a contracting firm, so there is some risk, especially now in the federal space. However, they believe the contract leaders more than their staff and allow their staff to be treated poorly and run ragged. There is no optimization in overhead at all. I know some people have to do several timesheets and status reports per week in different systems. Leadership does not care about professional development. It's all about money.

Great Company and Great People

Pros

I worked here when it was called CollabraLink before Groundswell purchased the company. It was an amazing place to work with great people. If you were proactive about advancing your career management definitely heard you and did what they could to get you to where you wanted to be. Great work life balance

Cons

Since the company was growing fast it was hard to tell if it had a structured growth path, but that was always improving with every year so it could be much more structured now
