Learned a lot at my time there. The people there are amazing and if you are looking for an environment where everyone supports each other this is the place.

Cons

Benefit costs were a bit high.

Pros

Employees are the best in the Appian business. Projects are very interesting because of the Government buy-in to Appian. Great senior level staff experience.

Cons

Leadership is directionless. Culture feels forced by the wrong generation. Young work force being led by aging managers have a difficult time reaching young talent.
