      Honestly, there are no pros. They work you like a dog, constantly move the goal post forward and berate you while not shining any light on the hard work and sacrifice that you do for them.

      Cons

      People leave every almost month, you will not be paid fairly comparable to other workers in the same position at other companies. Meanwhile the company makes a boatload compared to your pennies on the dollar.
