For such a large corporation, important decisions are made quickly without much back-and-forth. The people I've worked with are smart and great at their jobs. The corporate culture encourages sharing new ideas that will ultimately benefit Group 1's dealers. Overall vibe in the corporate office is upbeat and supportive.

Money is good but you’ll have no social life

Pros

Great team. Good support if you’re performing well you get rewarded. Cars that you sell are on another level. Very.busy and fast paced so there is loads to do and an amazing list of leads that come your way.

Cons

It’s not worth the stress they put on you. Deals get given to others and no explaination given. Sales managers have favourites. Management are quick to deduct money from your commission for not hitting certain targets.
